Service Description
Introducing our Mini Valet service, perfect for those looking for a thorough clean for their vehicle. Our expert team will start by giving your car a hand wash inside and out, ensuring it is left sparkling and free of dirt and grime. The windows will be cleaned in and out, and the dash and plastic will be meticulously cleaned and polished. Interior and boot will be vacuumed, door sills wiped, and wheels powder washed with added tire dressing for that extra shine. As a finishing touch, we’ll apply a shower wax to protect and enhance the exterior of your car, leaving it looking as good as new. With our Mini Valet, your car will be in tip-top condition, both inside and out.
Cancellation Policy
Radley Car Wash Booking Policy 1. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the booking. 2. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the appointment will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the booking cost. We cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled appointments; bookings will be moved based on the next available slot. 3. Early Bookings Customers are encouraged to make early bookings at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure preferred time slots. Early bookings help us to serve you better and manage our schedule efficiently. 4. Payment Policy All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Full payment is required upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service time. Late arrivals may incur a late fee of 10% of the booking cost. 6. Weather Conditions In the event of severe weather conditions, Radley Car Wash reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments. Customers will be notified as soon as possible, and no cancellation fees will apply in these circumstances. 7. Service Guarantee We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with your car wash, please inform us immediately. We will address any concerns and re-wash your car if necessary. 8. Customer Responsibilities Customers must remove all personal belongings from their vehicles before service. Radley Car Wash is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. 9. Health and Safety For the safety of our staff and customers, we adhere to all health and safety regulations. Customers must follow any guidelines or instructions provided by our staff during their visit. 10. Changes to Policy Radley Car Wash reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
